Custom-built bikes, special orders, and used items are non-refundable unless faulty
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are not refundable unless faulty or misdescribed
Exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion
